Guests that cancel outside of 30 days will result with a $50 cancellation fee.
No refunds with cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
In the event your room becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your stay, move you to a comparable room if available, or reschedule you for another date.
If your form of payment and credit card information does not authorize the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation.
A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied.
Reservations must be secured with a 25% deposit of the total amount. 7 days prior to your arrival, the balance for the full stay will be authorized to the card on file.

Hostess Ann was great! I travel for work and was so grateful our room had all amenities needed for our stay and the pool was so relaxing after a long day at work. I immediately recommended The Pink Flamingo to our friends and family.
We only stayed for one night, but we absolutely loved it. The recent renovations are fantastic—they did a truly wonderful job updating the place while keeping so much charm. Each room has its own unique color theme with the cutest retro touches. The outdoor area is beautiful too; the swimming pool has been fully redone, and the new decking, poolside chairs, and lounge area are incredibly clean and inviting. Plus, it’s highly affordable and sits in the perfect location—so close to downtown and just a short trip to public beach access. Don’t pass this place up! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved staying here. It reminded me of when my family took a trip out west and stayed in quaint roadside motels. They had to have a pool or us kids. And this one is HEATED!
It was fun, charming, and clean! We just needed a little stay to recharge and it was perfect! We will definitely spend time there again!

Quiet... Cool... and Comfortable. We had a most restful break - enjoyed the new pool and the music! The room was beautifully decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean, plenty of parking, the private "porch" was great in the mornings, and the staff was friendly and helpful. And it's close to everything! We shall return!
