Located 1 mile from downtown Port St. Joe, and within walking distance of the beach, our vintage boutique motel features 10 cozy fully furnished rooms each with semi-private patios. A public beach access is approximately 1 mile from the motel.

Step back in time to The Pink Flamingo Motel, a newly renovated, retro vintage slice of roadside Americana in Port St. Joe, Florida. We are the former location of the Dixie Belle Motel. Located on scenic US Highway 98 and the unspoiled white sand beaches of Florida’s Forgotten Coast, we are just a short drive away (10 minute walk) from the public beach access points in WindMark Beach and St. Joe Beach. It’s also a short drive into downtown Port St. Joe to enjoy world class dining, boutique shopping and other attractions.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Special Event and holidays reservations require a 21-day cancellation notice. All cancellations have a $50 charge back fee. Late cancellations (those within 48 hours of arrival) or no-shows will result in a charge for the full amount of the reservation.

In the event your room becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your stay, move you to a comparable room if available, or reschedule you for another date.

If your form of payment and credit card information does not authorize the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Deposit Policy

Reservations can only be made through this website on its online booking platform. A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation.

Reservations must be secured with a 25% deposit of total. 48 hours prior to your arrival, the balance for the full stay will be authorized on the card on file (debit cards will automatically deduct the full amount from your bank account).

Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival. They may not be cancelled and are and non-refundable.
