A valid Credit/Debit Card is required when making your reservation. A one-night deposit is required, and the anticipated balance will be charged 48 hours before arrival. Special events (holidays, group bookings) require full payment 21 days in advance. The Pink Flamingo does not accept cash payments, and reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card for incidentals upon check-in.

If using a debit card for reservation, The Pink Flamingo will place a hold for the deposit at time of reservation, and then the balance 48 hours prior to arrival. Any remaining funds due back to your debited account will be released upon check-out. Your financial institution may have a contracted amount of time before the funds are released back to you, which can take up to 15 business days.

We are a non-smoking motel and facility. No Smoking or vaping in rooms, porches or pool area.  A $500 fine will be applied for smoking in the room and you may be evicted from the motel. 

To ensure that guests receive a good night’s sleep, motel quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. We ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum and avoid all excessive commotion.

No In-Room Party Policy. In the event of a disturbance the guest will forfeit all fees and will be required to leave the motel immediately.

A linen service is available upon request.  Please bag your dirty linen in the provided linen bag and place outside your door with the provided door hanger requesting towels or sheets.  Housekeeping will pick up and bring back clean linens and place back at your door.  Housekeeping will not enter your room.  This service will only be provided from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.   

All room rates are for the number of occupants per room as determined by room type at the time of making your reservation. The Pink Flamingo Motel does not provide roll-a-way beds. Exceeding the room occupancy limit will result in cancellation of the reservation.

The Pink Flamingo Motel does not allow pets. Having a pet in your room will result in eviction without a refund. In Florida, intentionally misrepresenting an animal as a service dog is a second-degree misdemeanor. This is punishable by up to 60 days in jail, a fine of up to $500, and 30 hours of community service. The law also covers knowingly and willfully misrepresenting oneself as a service animal handler or trainer.

Please place the parking pass provided in your car.  Only one car per room for rooms 3-9 and up to two cars for rooms 1, 2, and 10.

The swimming pool area is designated for motel guests only. The pool opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty.  Swim at your own risk.  Please follow the posted pool rules.

Pool towels will be available at the pool.  Place all the dirty pool towels in the provided towel bin at the pool.  Do not take pool towels back to the room or room towels to the pool.     

A key fob will be provided for access to the pool and vending.   Swipe the key access panel on the right side of the gate and pull up on knob at top of gate.  Please make sure that these gates are completely closed behind you.  You can only access these two gates with the key fob.  Access to the vending machines is 24 hours a day and access to the pool will be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.  Loss of fob will be a charge of $25.00.
